THE SALON
The lounge, which opens onto the dining room, is ideal for coworking sessions, meetings or conferences. This friendly, spacious format provides the perfect setting for your professional exchanges.
THE DINING ROOM
The dining room features a 240 cm table and a round table for up to 10 guests, ideal for private lunches or dinners with in-house chef.
THE KITCHEN
The enclosed kitchen (approx. 15m2) is a bright, functional space, designed to preserve the privacy of guests during events. It has three convenient access points: from the dining room, the hallway and the glass roof, facilitating circulation and discretion during events.
LA VERRIÈRE
The 14m2 glass roof is a veritable well of light, offering a timeless atmosphere. Enclosed and bathed in natural light, it extends the living areas and opens directly onto the outdoor terrace. This room adds a unique and enchanting space to the house.
THE TERRACE
The house's terrace is a true haven of peace, ideal for welcoming your guests for open-air cocktails during the summer months.

The house has 5 spacious, comfortable bedrooms, spread over three levels, with quality bedding. One double bedroom is located on the second floor, three double bedrooms on the second floor, and a master suite on the third floor. With its three bathrooms, the house can accommodate up to 10 travelers in an ideal, intimate setting.
The south-facing Dune room on the1st floor, bathed in light, offers a vast 20m2 space with a 160cm double bed. With its soft colors and elegant DUNE wallpaper, this room invites you to relax in a soothing, refined atmosphere.
The Front de mer room, located on the second floor, is a bright 20m2 space with a 160cm double bed. Spacious and pleasant, it is decorated in ocean blue and gray tones, paying homage to the spirit of the waterfront and the ocean.
The Formentera room, adjoining the Seafront room, is a bright 13m2 cocoon with a 160 cm double bed. Decorated in chic bohemian tones with linen and natural accents, it exudes a soothing, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing.
The Bois-Plage room, located on the second floor, is a pleasant 10m2 space with a 140cm double bed overlooking the house's outdoor terrace. Its soft, soothing ambience, inspired by the bois-plage of the Ile de Ré, is accentuated by authentic illustrations. Simple and enveloping, it invites you to relax in a pure, welcoming setting.
The Bois de rose room, on the third and top floor, is a 15m2 master suite with en-suite bathroom. Decorated in warm tones of terracotta and elegant paper in homage to the sunset over the bay of Port-Cros in the South of France, it offers a soothing, welcoming atmosphere. This cozy cocoon invites you to relax, making you want to stay right away.
